Authorize.net Support Center
The support center redesign for Authorize.net (a Visa company) was both a migration from an Oracle platform to a Salesforce platform, along with a complete redesign of the information architecture
The Authorize.net support center provides a payment gateway for Visa SMB clients and would be designed along with the support center for CyberSource.com which serves Visa's enterprise and large business clients.
Visa Executive Dashboards
I was charged with UX Research and UX Design for all Visa business units executive dashboards.
Business units included operations, security, workforce, projects, and financials.
I worked with members of each unit to determine the needs of their C level
executives.
Visa Global Operation Certification
The Global OpCerts UI introduces a uniform online tool and process to clients for entering quarterly metrics required for calculating charges and fees owed to Visa.
The rollout of this first time tool was a major success as it expedited the complex process for financial institutions around the globe and received praise from financial teams.
Pulse Secure Console Dashboards
As lead designer taking over all design for the Pulse Secure products, I collaborated with product management to initiate an overhaul of all client facing console screens and functionality.
Each product feature would have an updated dashboard.
Pulse Secure VPN/Workspace Client
As lead UX designer for all Pulse Secure products, I collaborated with business, product management, and development teams to overhaul client facing mobile device product user interface and user experience features while rebranding the earlier releases of company VPN products.
